This is a gem of a place. The California Omelet was delicious and well-portioned. I love the vibe of the place which is aptly named. Literally the nicest owner of a place I have ever visited. If I lived in the area(from Wisconsin) I would absolutely be a regular. Support this place!

Genuinely the best breakfast we’ve ever had. Food, atmosphere, & service are all 5/5. The name represents this restaurant in its truest form, it really does feel like home, and is a true gem.

Absolutely fell in LOVE with this quaint little place! Owner was amazingly accommodating! She knew everyone by name that walked through the doors! Food was excellent. Apparently a local favorite since 1955! History of the spot was wonderful to hear about! 10/10 will be back!!

Went for a late breakfast after placing flags for our veterans on Memorial Day weekend. My daughter found this place and we said what the heck. Turned out to be a find. A smallish place that was packed...we got the last table. Huge menu of great breakfast and lunch choices. The owner (?)/server was running wild but still providing everyone great service. The food (Jose Combo, breakfast enchilada special, chicken fried steak and eggs) were all EXCELLENT! Just good home cooked style food you only get at small diners. I recommend the Jose Combo...a whole bunch of food that was very satisfying. Not close to me, but I will be back!!!

The home cafe is such a fitting name because I really feel at home here. Host is very nice and always so patent. Food is always fresh and so delicious! The owner is such a nice person and you can tell they really love the restaurant, the food and the customers.

Such a cute spot. I’ve been here on several occasions now for breakfast. Their breakfast avocado burrito is so good. The green chili is delicious. Wish I could find a breakfast spot that serves breakfast burritos like this where I live. Definitely worth checking out. Friendly service. Cute decor.
